Brandy S. Quance joined Zukowski, Rogers, Flood & McArdle in 2019 to represent local governments and businesses. Following 11 years in private practice, she most recently worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney in the Civil Division of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office. Among her many responsibilities were advising elected officials and government employees, drafting and reviewing contracts with government agencies and businesses for intergovernmental cooperation and goods and services. She also handled engineering and construction agreements, land acquisition, condemnation, grant agreements and utility permitting and coordination agreements.
During her prior 11 years of private practice in Illinois, Quance focused on the following areas of business and transactional practice:
- commercial transactions
- business formation and corporate governance
- purchases and sales of businesses
- loans
- employment agreements
- real property acquisitions and dispositions
- litigation avoidance
With her background in business and having earned an MBA from the Stuart School of Business, Illinois Institute of Technology, Quance is especially well suited to help businesses with their succession planning needs.
Quance grew up in central Illinois and now resides in Crystal Lake where she takes advantage of the lake and enjoys kayaking and hiking.
