Jeffrey E. Hymen practices in the areas of business and corporate law, real estate, and estate planning. With his background in business, Mr. Hymen advises businesses on a variety of corporate matters, including incorporation, structuring and organization, contract drafting and review, as well as shareholder and employment agreements. Mr. Hymen prepares asset and stock purchase agreements for corporate clients who are seeking to either acquire or sell business assets or an ownership interest. He further assists businesses as well as individuals with the purchase and sale of both residential and commercial real estate, by negotiating and drafting contracts, including loan and security agreements, and other closing documents.

Additionally, Mr. Hymen works with individuals to design estate plans that reduce estate tax and result in ease of administration. Mr. Hymen drafts and advises clients on both revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other testamentary instruments.

Jeffrey E. Hymen joined Zukowski, Rogers, Flood & McArdle after earning his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and his Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago Quinlan School of Business. Additionally, he earned a Certificate in Transactional Law. While in law school, Mr. Hymen clerked for a Chicago financial services law firm and interned at BMO Financial Group. He provided pro bono legal services as part of the Loyola Business Law Clinic and served as Senior Editor for the Loyola University Chicago School of Law Journal of Regulatory Compliance. Prior to law school, Mr. Hymen spent his undergraduate years studying finance at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Mr. Hymen is a resident of Crystal Lake. He was raised in Inverness and graduated from Barrington High School.
